I am licensed to treat patients aged 13 years old and older. If you need an urgent issue managed I will do a video telemedicine visit and keep you out of the urgent care.Prepare allergies, medications, pharmacy information and complete payment for our telemedicine visit in advance please.
I will also travel to your home in the North Shore area for a face to face vist and exam. Ideally appoinments would be best, however if it is urgent it can be arranged.

A statement will be emailed to you for submission to your insurance compnay.To enhance payment options, I accept cash, Zelle, and PayPal for services.
